Configuring a new client in the PagoNxt Payments Hub Operations Portal involves a few key steps to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Below is a guide of the steps that are involved NOTE only steps 2 and 3 are actions required by the client.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Configure the SSO in Cognito (PagoNxt)

Begin by adding the customer's Single Sign-On (SSO) to the PagoNxt Payments Hub Cognito account, which is the certified access account for PagoNxt. This internal task is crucial for providing secure access to our clients.

2. Associate SSO Groups with Roles (Client)

The customer must create the necessary groups corresponding to the Operations Portal roles within their company SSO. After establishing these groups, the customer should provide a table that maps their groups to our roles. This step is vital to ensure users have the appropriate permissions within the portal.

3. Create User Management Profile (Client)

The customer needs to send us the details of the first user assigned to a group related to the User Management role. This step is essential for initiating user access and management within the portal.

4. Configure the Tenant with the Client ID (PagoNxt)

Next, we will associate the tenant tree with the client ID (the internal ID given to the client by PagoNxt). This task is critical for linking the client's information with the PagoNxt system, ensuring that all transactions and operations are accurately attributed.

5. Ensure Alignment of Products with Tenant (PagoNxt)

The PagoNxt Payments Hub will align the customer’s products with their tenants. This review is necessary to confirm that all products are correctly configured and accessible for the client.

6. Parametrize the Actions Allowed by Exception Handler or Hospital (PagoNxt)

The PagoNxt Payments Hub will assess the use case of the Exception Handler (EH) and complete the information regarding the permitted actions. This step involves understanding the workflow and ensuring that all necessary actions are appropriately configured.

7. Parametrize the Manual Payment Configuration (PagoNxt)

Finally, the PagoNxt Payments Hub will configure the manual payment settings, including the type of message and other relevant configurations. This step ensures that manual payments are processed correctly within the portal.

By following these steps, you can successfully configure a new client in the PagoNxt Payments Hub Operations Portal. Each step is designed to ensure that the client is set up correctly and can effectively utilise the portal for their payment processing needs.
