Introduction

Customer Data Bridge is a Payments Hub data product that represents the Golden Source of a client’s payment information.

Its main purpose is to serve payment data to be integrated into analytical and reporting customer applications, such as data lakes and other customer information applications. Always for informational or analytical purposes, never operational or transactional (*).

Purpose of the Integration

The purpose of this integration is to serve payments data to customers for them to be able to integrate generated data from Payments Hub flows into their digital and information applications and data lakes.

Customer Data Bridge Data Product works in paralell with the processing of the payment in the platform. It retrieves the most relevant events generated in the payment flow and takes the most relevant information from them to store on their database representing an evolving entity (document) updated in near realtime
