Release Notes – 30 October 2025

Introduction

This release introduces improvements to Quantum’s operational dashboards and payment visibility features, providing users with deeper analytical capabilities and more precise control over payment details.

Operational Dashboard – filter by Payment Code and Reason Code

To enhance analytical insights, the Operational Dashboard now allows users to filter processing statuses by Payment Code and Reason Code.

A new tab section has been added to the dropdown area, allowing users to switch between different dimensions of analysis:

  • Execution Point (default view): this tab gives the user an overview of the Processing Status and Execution points for the selected payments, given an idea of where the payments are.

  • Payment Code

  • Reason Code: specially interesting in the case of Rejected status, it provides a breakdown by reason code for Rejected payments.

Whenever available (if descriptions have been defined by the specific scheme you are looking at), the dashboard will display code titles (instead of raw codes) based on each tenant’s configuration and payment scheme, improving readability and interpretation.

This enhancement helps operational users better identify specific categories of payments and understand their processing status in a more granular detail.

Client ID – new column, filter, and detail field

A new field for Client ID has been added across the payment interfaces to strengthen traceability and reporting.

  • In the Payment Detail, the Client ID field appears above the Tenant field, providing immediate visibility.

  • In the Payment List and Files views, users can now filter and display payments by Client ID.

This addition improves operational efficiency and enables easier mapping between Quantum payments and internal client identifiers.
